On your marks, get set, GO!...

The Hemera ladies will be fastening their running shoes and hula skirts on the 1st May 2010 to take part in the Cancer Research Race for Life at the Showground in Norwich.

"We can't wait to don our running/walking shoes and do our bit for such a worthwhile cause that is close to all of our hearts. Having lost loved ones and watched close friends successfully battle this terrible disease, we all recognise the importance of finding a cure, so that more people have the chance to fight and beat cancer. Hopefully our efforts will go someway to help achieve that..."
